Dear Mr.Moore, The lesson that I have learned is that you should fallow your dreams before they get taken away by your age that you should try and accomplish all of your dreams before it is to lat to fallow your dreams. Andrew
Dear Mr. Moore, I've learned that the best things in life are the memories you create. The best advice I've gotten is to live life to it's fullest because you've only got a lifetime. My Great Grandmother Jean gave me that advice on her deathbed. My mother remembered it for me a and she reminds me of that everytime I get bummed out. ~Cheyanne
The things that I learned is to be positive and try to achieve your dreams.est advise I ever gotten is to never give up on anything you do. It was my cousin Diana. Denisse
Dear Mr. Moore, Though this video was hard to understand, I learned one, good lesson-'Never give up.' And I am not good at not giving up. If something goes wrong, I just want to give up, and forget about the whole thing. But this lecture inspired me to keep on learning, and to change.
The lessons I have learned some people should enable other peoples dreams. Also be able to try to make your dream come true. The video of Randy was really inspiring and cool to listen to. Sincerely,Emiliano
Dear Mr. Moore, The best advice is don't be mad at someone because life is to short to be mad at someone for a long time and the best person told me my mom. Anna Karen
The lessons that I learned were that some people should pay attention and not mess around while people talk. I got it from the video that you showed us just like 3 minutes past. And the advice that I have gotten is the same but with some couple new facts about paying attention.
Dear Mr.Moore, The most important advice that I have ever gotten was from my mom. The lesson was that if somebody makes fun of you don't listen to them, and that sooner or later they'll regret what ever they said to you . *Angelica C
Dear Mr. Moore , I have learned that you should always be confident in what you are doing such as you dreams. I think why he said this is because you should go after you dreams until you achieve it.
Dear Mr Moore, The lessons I learned were a lot but here are some names for them writing, math, litercy, science,IGR,and social studies. The best advice I gotten are that to keep doing what I have to be doing. The people that gave does advice to my where Miss Vander Velde,Mr.Moore,Mrs.Copher,and all the teacher in the buliding.
The lesson I learned from Randy's lecture, is that even though you don't achieve your dreams, its the memories that you have from your dream that matters. The best advice I've gotten from the lecture, is to appreciate what you get from life even though you don't like what it throws at you. The person who gave me this great advice is Randy Pausch. I think that he is an important person because he gave a happy lecture, and even if he didn't want to die, he didn't let his weakness, and depression get in the way of the few remaining months of his life.
The lessons that I have learned is that when your in fights or hate someone you don't tell rumors because you can loose your friendship over a dumb thing, get in really big trouble, and even loose your trust. Trust is hard to gain back and when you loose it, it is hard for that person to regain your trust.
Dear Ms. Moore, The lesson that I learned is to have fun and to shoot for your dreams. So that way you can reach them. If you have fun you whole life will be fun.
The advice that I was gave is to never give up YOUR dreams. So if you don`t give up you can reach that dream.
My brother, Elvis gave me that advice when I did not make the football team the first time.
Dear Mr. Moore I thin k that I've gotten advice it was to never treat others bad if you what to be treated in a good way, the person how told me this was my mom and my best auntie they always have advice for me and I know when I was 6 I fell on the cement and I blamed my friend and I told my mom it was her fault but then suddenly I went back and told her the truth that was a lesson I learned and I also got grounded. ~ Karla
Dear Mr. Moore, I learned that I need to try my best next year while I'm in sixth grade. The best advice that I've gotten was that when I'm in middle school you need to try my best.My mom and my teachers have given me this information. Dominique
I have learned that you should follow you dreams and that even though you might not get your dream you might have got something better or something a little bit better. The best advice that I have gotten is when my mom told me to not listen to anyone if they made me fell bad. Manuel
Dear Mr.Moore The best advice that i'v gotten was from the video. It is if you get in trouble and no one corrects you then that means that they have given up in you.
Dear Mr.Moore, The lesson I learned is do not let anything get in your way of your dreams.Practice and work on it so your dream could maybe come true. That is what will help you to become what you want I did it now I am better at baseball.Don't expect everything to be perfect because it might not be the right choose for you to make and it might be better. Sincerely, Richard
Dear Mr. Moore, I have learned a lot of lessons especially in the video. I have probably learned all of the same lessons and more from watching the video. The lessons are that life is too short to worry about the little things because someday you will regret it. My mom had taught me that lesson because I always worry about the little things and I need to forget about them. This is actually the best advice I have ever gotten.
Another lesson that I have learned is to always have fun. I actually learned this one from the video and my mom. You always should have fun because you never know when you are going to die. There is going to be one day when you lose someone very close to you and you are going to be very sad because you might have fought with someone and you might have wanted to make up with them but you aways fought with them.
Dear Mr.Moore and Miss.VanderVelde, Here are the questions and my answers: What lessons have you learned? The lessons I have learned is to always do as I am told because I could get in trouble with anybody. This reminds me of when I got a strike. I got a strike because the whole class was not doing what they were supposed to be doing.
What is the best advice you've gotten? The best advice I've gotten was to always be yourself because if your not yourself you could hurt someone.Like your friends. You could hurt them by acting like someone your not. This reminds me of when sometimes I am not someone's friend because they are mean
Who gave it to you? I got this advice from my friends at East. They gave me this advice because I was having friendship problems. This reminds me of when I have problems with my friends. From, Mirican
Dear Mr. Moore, I think that the best advice I have ever gotten was that always follow your dreams because you never know what youknow going to accomplished. I got that from my mom. My mom also told my that school comes before friends.
Dear Mr. Moore, I think that I have learned that if you don't do what you are told it never leads up to anything good even after the simplest things. Like once my mom told me to do my homework or else I was never going to get it done. I was watching TV and my mom was talking to me while I was watching TV and my mom knew that I heard what she said just that she got tired of telling me over and over. I said I was going to do it once I was done with dinner but then my mom just said “Okay then” So I was done with dinner and my mom said that we were going to go to the store and we never came back till like 9:30 and I never even got to do my homework and I had a bunch of homework I even forgot the homework that was done at home and took out the homework that wasn't done. I think that the best advice ever given to me or at least the one that has helped me a lot is a subject related to problems and how you can't avoid them. My mom said “What is life without problems you can't avoid them.” I don't know why but it just reminds me of how much we need to remember that we need to let go of them and we can't avoid them. Iratny 8-}
I believe that I have learned many lesson through out my life so far. So of the lessons I have learned so far are, to never give up, always try to reach my highest potential, if you don't get what you want you have to take for granite what you get, treat others as you wish to be treated, if you want to be treated nicely then treat others nicely. I could really go on and on with the lessons I have learned so far in my life. The best advice I have gotten was from my parents. The advice they gave me was, to always try to be better no matter wat the situation.
Dear Mr.Moore, The lessons I have learned is to accept life as it is and be who I am, and not care what other people think of me, I know that I am special in my own way. I think that you should be who you really are.
Dear Mr. Moore, The main thing that I learned from this video was to stay out of brick walls. Some advice that I have gotten is to believe it. I got the advice from mt dad because my little brother is always hitting himself with brick walls. Chantel
I have learned that you have to work hard to get somewhere and work harder to get even farther. I also learned that you just don't have to live a gloomy life just because you know you are going to die soon. I have learned that you can achieve your childhood dreams even if it would be almost impossible.
The best advice I've gotten is never give up, if someone is though on you it is because they haven't given up on you. The second piece of advice might sound strange but it is actually a good piece of advice. Some people think that when someone is though on them it is because they hate them. So if someone is though on you it is because they like you and they haven't given up on you.
The piece of advice I was talking about was first given to me by my TKD teacher and then I heard it in the video.
