Healthy Foods

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Food for thought - today we are talking about nutrition and the food pyramid. Follow this link to learn more about the things our bodies need to be healthy. Then we are going to spend some time trying to create the best and worst meals from many of your favorite places to eat.

After checking out some food labels, I would like you to go ahead and begin doing some research. You need to know about how many calories a person should consume in one day so you have an idea about how many calories your fast food meal should have.

When you comment, please make one comment for your task team. Your comment needs to include the healthiest and worst fast food meal your team can create. For each meal, please include the amount of calories in your meal. Also, please include any other interesting information you find. You may include the amount of fat and sugar.
